The goods are delivered, parked and handed over to the curb by an experienced freight forwarder.
This means that after unloading from the truck, it is the freight forwarder's decision whether the goods will actually be carried to your front door.
Please clarify the procedure in advance when arranging an appointment with the respective shipping company.
This is an additional service and therefore subject to a charge.
Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange an appointment.
To ensure a smooth process, it is necessary that you provide your contact details correctly and completely when placing your order. Your furniture will be delivered Monday through Friday.
This applies to the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Wales, and Italy. Deliveries to islands are excluded. Separate terms and conditions apply here.
We always pack your goods with the utmost care, but damage may occur. In this case, we ask you to:
1) Note any damage on the delivery note (or handheld scanner) and have the delivery person confirm it in writing.
2) Accept the goods in any case.
3) Report the damage to our customer service at info@germansmartliving.de; ideally, include photos.
The return of your goods is free of charge and possible within 14 days (after transfer of risk).
Your goods have been delivered by a freight forwarder and will be picked up from you after an appointment has been made.
However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only tried out the goods for inspection and that you return the goods complete, in their original disassembled condition, undamaged and without damage in the original sales packaging.
